Needed some general advice and Itamar Levy was not only polite and showed empathy towards my situation as well as concern and care. He went beyond anything I could of possibly needed or asked for. He took time from his busy day to make sure my questions were answered and very fast and sufficient. Oh and IT was free of charge. In 2022 this is really unheard of unfortunately. It was really welcoming to have a conversation with somebody that still believes in just doing the right thing and helping someone at no cost and have amazing morals and principles and character to do so and it shows.
